There's a verse in the old blues song, "Preachers Blues," that goes:

He will eat your chicken
He will eat your pie
He will lead your wife out
On the sly

For years, I thought the third line was, "He will eat your wife out," and I gotta admit I was disappointed to learn I was wrong.

I've never encountered that song, but tbh it seems plausible that that lyric is *supposed* to sound like "he will eat your wife out." Getting stuff past the censors, etc.
