I get far more disappointed than is reasonable when people don't read my fics. Especially because I feel like they'd really scratch some itches but I also don't want to be THAT person. Or the person who's always going "read my stuff! Read my stuff!"

That sucks, anon, I know the feeling. You can always make a rec post here and plug your fics! No guarantee it'll get views, but still: some visibility!

Yeah, please don't be that person. People who nag you to read their stuff are pretty much guaranteed that I will never read their stuff.
