there's stacks in the spn fandom. off the top of my head there is

3) http://archiveofourown.org/works/1177887 (dean is an omega, but he and gabriel switch, although this isn't so explicit)

there's also a lot of alpha/alpha and omega/omega. *shrugs* I see it all the time. I also don't think there is a right or wrong way to write it. people write and read what they enjoy. I personally really like bottom dean (I read mainly spn) so I don't care what his designation is. (ah so yeah, all those are bottom dean)
