01. I know it's fiction, but I can't help casing new places when I move into them ("Hmm...I'm on the third floor, and these stairs don't look like they'd hold up to a sledgehammer...") I don't stockpile food or weapons, but I'd be able to come up with something to survive should a crisis ever actually arise. I'd be like the hikikomori in World War Z.

10. If you were making a statement about the quality of the songs, I wouldn't disagree...Well, I would, but I'd say to myself "whatever, your opinion and mine don't have to be the same." but in terms of catchiness? I just don't see it. Never gotten it stuck in my head once.

28. She's can be pretty freaking powerful in terms of fighting power and magic ability before her death (hell, even before leaving Midgar, if you're obsessive enough to train ridiculously.) Her ultimate limit break is amazing magic right there.

Oh, definitely. But if I were to guess, I'd say the OP's point is that a lot of fanwriters give her those same crazy insane powers even in pre-game settings, and that... just doesn't make much sense.
