It isn't a hoax because he was actually a she, so apparently all the girl parts are still in function. : ) Partial TG, I think, although it sucks that his body is going to revert to being female because of the baby, and he obviously can't take testosterone anymore (and hasn't for two years before getting pregnant, I believe). I might be wrong with that info, but I think it's accurate. Hopefully.

His body won't "revert", really; his voice will still be deeper, he'll still have facial hair, etc. And he can always take testosterone again after the baby is born.
