just watched. It's an interesting study in dancing like somebody's watching. Like, the self-conscious boogie.

That's what I got out of it too. Happy felt like the cameras were on the people because they were dancing like they didn't care who saw. Can't Stop feels like the people are dancing because the cameras are on them.
