Seduction. Particularly, if one character slowly, sexily, brings another to recognize their attraction, and then to - in gradually more intimate ways - act on that attraction. Like, it starts with flirtation, and more intimate friendship, and then a touch, and perhaps a kiss, some undressing... you get the idea. It is ESPECIALLY hot to me if it's a male/male pairing and the one being seduced tops their first time. (I'd love to - but have never - found a m/f fic where the woman is the seducer and leads the guy through it)

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a good tag for this- usually, you find it in slow-burn fics, but then a lot of them disappointingly (for me at least) then end with a sudden OK, THEN WE ARE FINALLY HAVING ALL OF THE SEX ALL OF A SUDDEN with no progression. Or just have it all off-screen in a "the next morning" type of thing. Where I DO see it a lot is with pairings with power-imbalances but that kind of (again, for me) hits too many squick buttons for me to be able to focus on the aspect I like. :/

You make me want to write the m/f situation, specifically because as I was reading your description (before I read the m/m) the first image in my mind was a woman doing this to a man.
