Depends what you mean by substantiated. If you mean "Ms. Swift has proudly and publicly embraced her cosmetic surgery," then no. If you mean that multiple plastic surgeons and people with eyes have noted that, at the very least, girl has had her nose done at least twice, then yes. There's nothing wrong with plastic surgery; it's practically expected for someone in show business.
