Supernatural and Teen Wolf are the two that come to mind but there's probably plenty of others that just failed to grab me after a few episodes or I got bored a few seasons in.

Oh, Castle, got bored with it during season 5 or 6 I think.

I felt the same way about Supernatural and Doctor Who. I don't know if I just watched a couple of the bad/boring episodes, but they were pretty much "meh" to me.

Oh yeah Dr Who did the same thing for me, I watched it every week for a few seasons and then I didn't care anymore so I dropped it.
