I live about twenty minutes away from where the State Fair of Texas is held and it's pretty massive. It's fun to go there and try some of the horrifically unhealthy food (I heard they're serving deep fried jell-o this year, good lord) but it's usually so crowded that I don't bother going most years.

How do you deep fry Jell-O? My Google-Fu only gave me pictures, but nothing on HOW. Do they flavor something fryable first with Jell-O, or do they just stick a cube on a stick and go at it? I can't imagine the cube on a stick working without it melting instantly.

I have no idea tbh, but they regularly fry coca cola and things like that so I guess they have their ways...
