That's very presumptuous of you.

Not really. A lot of people use writing as a tool in that regard.

If this issue is so emotionally excruciating that it currently causes OP to avoid anything they associate with childbirth, it's probably not a good idea to wait for it to start impinging on other aspects of their life, you know? Like, for example, when people around them start having babies irl.

How do you know that's not already happening? How do you know they haven't tried that?

Like I said: presumptuous.

I tend to take things at face value when people say that they can't read romance lol

What I don't tend to presume is that they have tried things not traditionally considered romance, but that still falls under the umbrella of m/f. I'm going off exactly what the secret says here.

Now I'm not even sure what your point is anymore.

See my first comment.

Summarized: people often find writing useful for working through personal problems. OP may or may not wish to do this.

I really don't think this is a good thread for unsolicited advice, especially from someone who does not have a uterus.

Doesn't matter.

I also have never had skin cancer and can still tell you that many people find chemotherapy useful.

That is not even remotely a useful comparison.

It's an exact comparison.

It's literally my first comment. Many people find reading and writing fiction helps with deep personal issues.

It's not a directive or a value judgment, it's a statement of fact.

Emotional trauma and skin cancer aren't the same fucking thing ffs, and your pedantic bullshittery just shows how little of a leg you have to stand on.

Now I'm positive you don't have a license.

Yeah, I know. Reading comprehension isn't your strong suit.

Good luck finding a job in journalism.

I never thought I'd say this, but you need to be more like Blitzwing.

Why are you like this?

What an unbelievable low blow. Do you hear yourself? Or are you being a giant asswad on purpose?

You really are a shit.

(Anonymous) 2016-09-05 11:57 pm (UTC)(link)
People go to a fucking oncologist when they have skin cancer. You can't even GET chemo without medical supervision. Like holy fucking shit, are you serious with this?

(frozen comment)

[personal profile] herpymcderp 2016-09-06 12:04 am (UTC)(link)
See above.

Actually, I don't really care what you do since this was probably a troll secret to begin with. Eh. No skin off my neck.

(frozen comment)

(Anonymous) 2016-09-06 12:09 am (UTC)(link)
So now that you've been talked into a corner it's a troll secret?

(frozen comment)

(Anonymous) 2016-09-06 12:10 am (UTC)(link)
Keep replying, show us all how little you care.
