...wow.

I can't tell if the person on the left is a slight guy or a boyish girl.

(Anonymous) 2016-09-07 12:56 am (UTC)(link)
What does matter? Also "boyish" girl? WTF?

(Anonymous) 2016-09-07 01:10 am (UTC)(link)
It doesn't MATTER really, but if they're a guy there's the implication that Misha has been in MMF threesomes, which is just intrinsically hotter to me. And since I don't know and will never meet him, I don't feel bad about fantasizing over him.

A cis woman with a lean, straight body line; narrow hips, and usually small breasts. A body type somewhat similar to that of a typical adolescent cis boy.

Why act confused about the phrase? It's a very common descriptor that goes back well over 100 years (think: the "flapper" body type), probably significantly more.

There's no "acting confused." Just because a phrase is old doesn't mean it's appropriate to use in the modern day.

WE MUST ALL BLUR OUR BOYISH GIRLYNESS UNTIL WE ARE ALL NON-DESCRIPTIVE GENDERFLUID PLASMA BEINGS AND WE CANNOT MAKE SIMPLE DISTINCTIONS BETWEEN ANY SPECIFIC GENDER WITH SENSE, "OLD" LANGUAGE OR OTHERWISE.

Niiiice histrionics. Come back when you have something real to say.

(Anonymous) 2016-09-07 06:45 pm (UTC)(link)
How bloody young are you that you feel this phrase is "not appropriate" anymore (and why wouldn't it be?)?

(Anonymous) 2016-09-07 07:29 pm (UTC)(link)
Because a great many women share that look. Therefore, it is a look of women. Women look that way. Women are not boys, and they don't look like boys. They look like a certain type of woman.

And I'm fucking 30, thank you very much.

(Anonymous) 2016-09-08 07:10 am (UTC)(link)
You sure don't act like 30.
