For me, it's because she's pushy about getting others to open up. Even though I came to mostly like her, I instantly go back to being really annoyed with her whenever I rewatch "Distress" where she confronts Reid about his issues - she's completely new to the team but forcing the issue with Reid and I am completely with him when he snaps at her. They really should've used ANYONE else to confront him, especially in Emily's first season. There are other instances of her doing that where she pushes people to open up (I get annoyed when Rossi did the same thing with Derek), but "Distress" was a moment that stands out to me.

The thing that separates Emily from the others is the hypocrisy where she pries into their lives but then keeps secrets from them and snaps at them when they try to help her out. That's what bugs me anyway.
