Not really. I see it most often in anti-sjw circlejerks where anyone who doesn't think that bigotry is hilarious must be a triggered feminist, etc.

And? Since when does "whining about something" equal "triggered?"

It's like they want to imagine that anyone who disagrees with them (or is "whining" or whatever) is running around claiming to be "triggered," and then when that doesn't actually happen, they just pretend it does.

They're not even really accusing you of being triggered- they're pretending YOU claimed to be triggered, and now they're doing a parody of what they're pretending you did.

And really, the only difference between talking and whining is whether or not they agree with you.
