Master/Padawan, and any similar power imbalance. It's not just the age difference or power levels, it is how one person is basically directly responsible for the other person. Makes me nope the heck out of there.

That's a popular divisive one. You generally either really love it (I do) or you really hate it, and I don't hear a lot of 'meh' in the middle.

Do pairings that are superpowered person/'normal' person hit it too? Like canons where one person is the damsel in distress a lot and the other is responsible for rescuing them?
