Jurassic Park.

I was a kid and going "Wow, an ACTUAL Dinosaur! That's so cool!" I knew that they weren't real obviously, but before that, all I saw were robot Dinosaurs, or the silly looking "lizards with cardboard fins on their backs" kinds. Seeing a realistically rendered, accurate at the time Dinosaur was just really freaking awesome. It still looks great, even today.
