It literally is. This isn't a matter of opinion; it has historically been used as a slur and it still is today. That's fact. It has been reclaimed by a lot of people, and it's very important and positive to some people to whom it applies, but it is literally a reclaimed slur and arguing that it isn't is either grossly naive or actively hurtful. Or both?
