Fuck yes it is. The other week they sent me a text that basically accused me of lying to them. After about 24 hours of flipping the fuck out, I managed to get into the local branch, and... "Oh, that's just to remind you to update your details if they've changed."

LISTEN YOU UTTER COCKWAFFLE-!

I took the card with the number of their complaints line, but I've been putting off calling until I can refrain from calling them anything... imaginative.

Yes, that is one of their big problems, whenever they want something, all their messages can come across as rather threatening.

I am in the process of a medical review of my reasons for being on the Disability pension, and one of my big problems is that they demand you send in the info so damn soon that it gives very little time to arrange appointments with doctors to get said info, and mind you I have not had a review of my mental health with my doctor in around 7 years, so I really do need new reviews. Add onto that that the first letter was rather unclear and apparently one can only get three extensions in time before it has to go to some other review... well I basically have to get the information in the day of my next appointment with my GP for a mental health plan, which is really only half the documentation as I can't go back to my psychiatrist until after I've had a new mental health plan done... well basically it a really huge pain with them demanding the info so soon I practically can't get it into them.

Also can I complain about their website? It's utterly fucking USELESS as it won't let me sign in at all! And going to the physical office can be an exercise in useless too, as I did that right after my doctor's appointment yesterday only to be told "Oh, use one of the phones and call the number on your letter!", and if you've ever tried to call any of their phone lines you know they are slow as fuck.
At least when I rang this morning I was only on hold for somewhere between 40 minutes to and hour. Last time I tried, last week, I was on for an hour and half with no answer.

I'd suggest when you do call them, have something to distract you that you find calming and fun. I was playing the Sims 3 while I waited.
