The MCU. Lately it feels like the fandom's more interested in talking about how awful the movies and shows are, how Disney/Marvel treats its characters and stories like shit, how Feige and his corporate cronies are reactionary neanderthals who hate diversity. Like the whole attitude is "LOL the MCU sucks why am I still obsessed with it" and I'm like.......

At least Luke Cage looks cool.

I kind of stopped poking fandom but it seems like it used to be more fun. More silly stuff and less politics and Tony Sexually Assaulted Peter By Recruiting Him If You Support Him You're Awful.

I mean there was some really eyerolly parts like the poptarts and Thor talking in all caps, but it seemed like the lighthearted stuff was easier to find.

DA -- The fandom has mostly lost their sense of humor. It's true of most fandoms, but sticks out even more when it's something like Marvel, which should have a certain amount of humor built in.
