Sidenote: They're mostly all slowburn but well worth it.

Codega by Meaghan M (Juulna)
“In Venice in the Middle Ages there was once a profession for a man called a codega--a fellow you hired to walk in front of you at night with a lit lantern, showing you the way, scaring off thieves and demons, bringing you confidence and protection through the dark streets. ”
― Elizabeth Gilbert

Rey wishes to join the Knights of Ren to discover more about her past, and to learn more about the Force. General Hux and Kylo Ren take her under their wing in an attempt to guide her through the darkness of their world; a world that they helped to create. They are surprised at every turn as Rey draws out sides to them that they had considered long-buried, and Rey is surprised at the ferocity of their protection over a simple scavenger.

Breaking Point by Alania
AU diverging at the point of Starkiller's destruction: General Hux is ordered to bring Kylo Ren back to Snoke alive, but chooses to collect Rey and Finn as well.

When a lifetime is spent moving in one direction, just to have that direction blown carelessly out of the sky, there's a dangerous void left waiting to be filled by something else.

A Dance of Titans by LucidLucy
This the story of three individuals drawn to each other with the gravity of two massive giants circling a scorching sun; like titans forever locked in an interstellar dance, slow and steady, to a song nobody else is privy to. On their dance hinges the fate of billions of much smaller stories, those flickering lights, and the universe waits with bated breath as it unfolds.

Three weeks after the events of Starkiller base, Kylo Ren brings Rey onto the Finalizer kicking and screaming before departing to complete his training, and Hux finds himself in the role of her interrogator. Let's just say it doesn't end well. But power struggles also have a way of bringing together unlikely individuals.

To the Victors go the Spoils by Mstr70
When it comes to kicking ass and taking names, there's no group of bounty hunters in the galaxy that do it better than the three of them.
Kylo Ren, Hux, and Rey might have been pulled together by nothing more than luck, but somehow they'd ended up as the most successful and infamous team in their field. So far, there had never been a hit too difficult, a smuggling load too big, or a bit of intel too secure for them to tackle.

Sure, things don't always go exactly according to plan, but if there's one thing Kylo's learned about smuggling and bounty hunting, it's that there's no need to be a perfectionist as long as the jobs are steady and the credits keep rolling in.

Sexy Little Things by Mstr70
Rey had never really been the type to make a big fuss about underwear. It's not like the general public is seeing what she's got on under her clothing, so why would it matter if she's wearing some fancy lace thong or a pair of cheap cotton briefs?

If she's learned anything while she's been with Kylo and Hux, though, it's that the two of them can and will prove her wrong given the slightest opportunity - and in this case, she's more than glad for it.
