The only one I've read lately is When The Wolf Comes Home (WIP): http://archiveofourown.org/works/6873916/chapters/15686401

My favorite completed fics include

Backward with Purpose: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/4101650/1/Backward_With_Purpose
Moon and Stone: http://www.sugarquill.net/read.php?storyid=1866&chapno=1
We Belong: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3840380/1/We-Belong
Promises Unbroken: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1248431/1/
Shifts: http://www.sugarquill.net/read.php?storyid=2339&chapno=1
(Not completed but all the major plot threads are wrapped up) Realizations: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1260679/1/

I actually still have When the Wolf Comes Home open in another tab from when a friend recommended it the other day. I do love Peggy Sue fics.

Then definitely check out Backward with Purpose, if you haven't already; it's a very well-done Peggy Sue that's actually completed, with a complete sequel too.
