Generally, you get what is themed (if there is a theme). Out of the 14, I have done, I've not gotten anything twice. It happens, but not that often (in my experience).

For some of the themed ones, these were my gifts.

Legend of Zelda: Keychain and buttons for my bag.
Avengers: Thor: The Dark World - The Art of the Movie Book (really nice book).
Dinosaurs: Stegosaurus model and a stegosaurus metal toy you build yourself (my favorite dino).

Secret Santa and Arbitrary Day have no themes so you just give your interests. Most recent one, I got some baking pans and work out equipment. For another, I got four Funko Pop toys. By far, my best gift was a Kitchenaid Mixer. It was such an amazing gift. I was extremely lucky to get that secret Santa.
