Earplugs. I don't have noisy neighbors, and yet I almost always wear earplugs to bed.

I tried this at one point but found the earplugs always fell out as I roll around so much in my sleep.

I'm not sure if they are sold in your country, but there are earplugs made out of wax instead of just that squishy foamy material. They usually stay in place better and also block more sound (although this might be problematic depending on your type of alarm in the morning).

That said, earplugs are definitely not for everyone and it's not a real solution to the problem.

I should look in to the waxy earplugs (I'm in the US, so hopefully somewhere has them)

It's not a solution, but I should get them for myself anyway.

I talked to management and they basically said let's not jump the gun, see how it is over the next week and if she's loud after 10PM, then call back and he'll send an email reminder about quiet hours to my building. If that doesn't help, call back after that and talk again.

These are the best ones we have here, and apparently, they exist in the US. I read that they seem to not cancel out more sound the the foam ones but it still might be wort a try.

Thanks for these! The foam ones don't do me much good or fall out (I also wear ear plugs for work sometimes so it's nice to have alternatives)
