the first one is basically...shame and ostracize black men in interracial relationships? wtf??? that's real progress
the last one seems to be coming from a place of "it's impossible to have a healthy relationship with someone whose demographic has ever oppressed my demographic" and that's just kinda sad. I certainly don't begrudge OP her preference, but it does kinda sound like she is shaming others in her community for dating outside her own preference, which again is :(
this topic is more personal to me since I was recently in an interracial relationship. I don't have a specific racial preference when it comes to men and have dated men in and out of my race, so it's possible I may be in a similar situation in the future, who knows? I don't feel persecuted or anything but it makes me sad and a bit weird to think a lot of these people would have given my ex (a black guy) a lot of shit for dating me.
