With a condom? Probably not messy enough that you'd instantly change the sheets, if messy at all.

I'd say fewer bodily fluids get on the sheets than you think unless someone is really leaking at the wrong angle or pressed up against the sheets. You do get kinda sweaty during sex though, so there are possibly sweaty sheets to consider.
