I am a lesbian so have never had PIV specifically, but I would think it just depends on the people (how wet does the woman get, how sweaty do you get, does squirting happen, etc). I have never felt the need to change the bedsheets myself, but others might. Though, if condoms are used you are cutting down on a lot of the mess.

In a story sense, if nothing extremely messy happens during sex, changing the bed after would be an okay way to indicate your character is a very clean, maybe uptight person in general
