But I don't think this suit really is a good one. AAA publishers have studios devoted to creating cinema-quality animated promo clips. Are we going to sue Blizzard for promotional videos using animation-quality models, rigs, and lighting that can't be rendered on consumer-grade hardware at any reasonable frame rate? If the promo doesn't say "actual game footage" I don't think it should be treated as a promise of actual game footage.

I believe they're also including a lot of interviews, up until a few months before release, where Sean was saying that specific things will be in the game? Or I'm just mixing it up with that one reddit list that meticulously listed all the clear promises and whether they were delivered or not...
Except that I got lucky, I cancelled my preorder the moment I realised I didn't get to play as Ripley. But I am still so SALTY.
