Sylvanas and Thrall. Navi. Skadge the Bounty Hunter Companion (though i hear there may be the option to do so in the future if not right now).

Phil, to an extent in KHII. His shouting of "GET UP ON THE HYDRA'S BACK!!" STILL gives me a headache and I haven't played that game in YEARS.

+1 to Thrall and Sylvanas (who, I note with complete amusement, is a name allowed in Diablo 3 XD)

(and I so cheered with the one cut scene with Genn and Sylvanas in Stormheim! Long live, my king!)
