That'd be kind of an interesting story to write. Not just the bits - having cyborg parts added to yourself and making yourself look more masculine/feminine in the process, and everyone around you being like "wait"

Well for starters, I like cock-on-cock. I also have a total indifference to vag-on-vag, but currently I most favour PIV over either.
