Fucking 'Inception', holy fuck. Spent most of the movie wishing it would just end. 'Prometheus' as well, jayzus.

Also, salted caramel anything and weddings.

Ohman. I saw Prometheus opening night. On that day I vowed to never again see a movie on opening night.

The only good part was the unintentionally hilarious running away from the ring shaped giant projectile. I laughed my ASS off and so did everyone else in the theatre.

That scene should win some kind of award for unintentional hilarity. Just that scene though.

HA, yes, dear gods.

It was so horrific it was physically uncomfortable to sit and watch. I just wanted to hide my face and sink down in my chair. I was *angry*, after, while we walked out and then dissected it in the parking lot.

I've discovered most of salted caramel and sea salt sweets and desserts are just too salty for me. I like salry things to be savory and sweet things to not be more than a little salty.

Agreed on Inception.

I didn't find the premise that unique - which is fine! The idea is still interesting! But the characters were very meh to me. Plus, I don't think the movie was as deep or complicated as people made it out to be. I don't mean that in an "I'm so smart" kind of way, just that it seemed pretty straightforward and it only got complicated when people started with their crazy fan theories.

I liked the premise, and it was interesting, but...from the first, the whole drama-llama with 'Mel' irritated me, and then it just dragged on. And on. And on. And on.

Visually it was fun, but yeah - not the deepest, most complicated movie in the world, and *really* not the most entertaining. The fan fic is great. :)
