I quietly hate a ship, but that's more because the shippers scream that it's canon and any day now the creators are going to reveal that the two characters have been secretly married the whole show. And so it ends up as 'fact' in meta discussions that of course these two are married and have a kid even though it's 100% a fan ship and the people in charge have said conclusively they're not currently together and only teased that they might be end game.

Also because they harass all the other shippers, especially if they ship one of the other two people because 'it's pairing bashing if you don't include their canon relationship!'

Yeah. I mean heck, the Celebration panel had Filoni telling everyone that they'd have to watch season 3 to find out if they get together or not and fandom still determinedly ignores that in favor of the belief they've been married since before the show started and Disney is just making them pretend they're just friends for the audience.

I'd never harass or even post hate, I just get quietly annoyed. Especially when I see stuff that's "Oh I like the idea of Hera/other character but I just can't ship characters that are married in canon!"
