I don't have to be there at an exact set time, but I'm generally 5-10 minutes later than I meant to be, and I already come in a bit later than everyone else, so I feel like it looks bad when I push it even later than what I say my schedule will be.

This always happens to me. "I'm going in early today! 8D" no bitch you're going to sit in stop and go traffic for an hour and get there late, and wonder why you even try!
