The trouble with Tapir style ABO, as I see it, is that once the alpha's cock was fully inside the omega (presuming Tapir biology somehow allows for full penetration to even occur at all), the alpha would only be able to withdraw, what, like a quarter of it? A third at most, in a thrust. The maximum arc of the alphas hips wouldn't allow for more than that. To actually work with the full length, the omega would have to, like, crawl forward several feet off the alpha's cock...and then I guess the alpha could crawl forward too and put it all back in again?
