The trouble with Tapir style ABO, as I see it, is that once the alpha's cock was fully inside the omega (presuming Tapir biology somehow allows for full penetration to even occur at all), the alpha would only be able to withdraw, what, like a quarter of it? A third at most, in a thrust. The maximum arc of the alphas hips wouldn't allow for more than that.
