I'm enjoying The Exorcist, so far, though I find the pacing odd. Things are actually moving surprisingly quickly (I wasn't expecting actual undeniable confirmation of the possession until halfway through the season), but each episode feels extremely slow.

I should try to watch that. I bailed halfway through the pilot because it just seemed way too slow.

I do love Geena Davis...

I'm not sure if I'd recommend it if you found the first episode too slow. The second was the most deliberately plotted so far, but I don't think it's skippable, so you'd mostly be in for 40 minutes of boredom.
