Uneasily, on long trips. That is one reason that if I have to visit Sydney, I prefer to go by plane, because it's only an hour's flight, while train and bus are 12 hours. Also, bus toilets are cramped, train ones are not much better, but more likely for me to actually be able to do something in, but a plane trip? I can avoid that issue all together. I even avoided it on the flights to and from NZ, which were 3 hours.
