Also Laurel K. Hamilton. I stopped reading the fic when I recognized one scene as a word-for-word paste from -I think it was Obsidian Butterfly?- a scene where a character shot a kidnapper/murderer until the clip was empty and kept shooting and said something like "I wanted him to hurt like he hurt me" or something. Then I found out about all the other people they plagiarized.
