One of his ex-wives included domestic abuse in the divorce filing. The judge threw it out because the state where she filed only allows that if its been reported to the police or if they have some evidence.
I'm not a fan of the guy but knowing that there are a ton of bullshit stories about him getting violent with people and that his wife would have gotten almost all of his money if the domestic abuse was included in the divorce, I don't automatically assume the accusation is true. I don't automatically assume it isn't true, either.
