I went to the Apple store to get my battery checked, but I'd made an appointment for the wrong store, so now I have to wait until Monday to get it checked out (would have been a 4 hour wait as a walk-in).

Went into the Think Geek store that just opened up. Wanted to buy a Doctor Who shirt, but they didn't have my size.

Still having sinus issues in spite of taking steroids and an antibiotic for a week. And I left a message for my doctor, but they haven't called back yet. I have a job interview tomorrow, and it would be helpful if I was feeling better.

I'm sure if you just started yelling "I WAS TOLD...BY APPLE CARE...." you would have been attended to.

Hey, weren't they giving you the runaround about a warranty awhile back? How did that turn out?

Yes. They figured out that the serial number was put in their system under the warranty for my old computer rather than for the new one. Got it sorted out. And thanks.
