I don't think I've ever heard about people having strong feelings one way or another about Fringe's episode "Immortality." (3x13) But I really like this one! So for the first half of S3, there's our Olivia solving cases with redverse Fringe Division. Now, Altlivia is back in her universe and working with her original colleagues again. And their reactions and thoughts about the 2 Olivias are interesting! It's nice to see Anna Torv get to be Altlivia being herself for a whole episode, not pretending to be our Olivia.

The case is pretty interesting too, if super gross. It's some recurring themes for the series-- mad science + mad consent issues, EXTREME MEASURES for theoretically good causes, and human-host parasites. There's parallels to be made between Silva and Walter (and Walternate). Underrated episode in a strong season of a great show.
