Oh, don't worry. You and nearly everyone else getting close to graduating University/college. You're not crazy, you're just under a lot of pressure and nearing a pretty significant life change. These are the kinds of things that get to nearly everyone. Hell, I remember thinking I was legitimately going insane a few months before I finished my undergrad.
Try to just concentrate on what you have to do in the proximal. Leave the future out of it for now.

In summary: all the things you're describing are symptoms of being under extreme stress. I still don't think you're crazy.
Deciding when you need treatment is something personal, not to be taken from the internet, since sometimes life isn't as simple as x + y = seek help (especially if you have a career opportunity riding on a clean bill of mental health). If you think you might seriously harm yourself, you start turning to substances to self-medicate, or you find yourself no longer able to maintain a normal routine, then yes maybe you should see someone.
Re: Generic Rant Thread
When I graduated I fell back on my job in fast food for a while too and there is no shame in that! I found a job I like more after several months (really like, more than half a year) of searching and I don't regret how things turned out at all.
