I think all the villains are good, personally (well most of them). The show ones seem to be more down to earth villains. But I've liked quite a few of the movie villains. I like Ronan and Thanos a lot as well as Nebula, though most people don't seem to agree, particularly on Ronan. And I liked all the actual villains in Winter Soldier. They were all interesting, I thought. And I liked Red Skull and Iron Monger. Loki is just okay for me, I think he's a good villain, but I don't adore him. And Maleketh was only saved by Chris Eccleston being a great actor.
