I'm not sure it's a 'problem', but it is shitty and racist to just flat out say "I'm less interested in this character because they're too ethnic. Lighten them up about 75% and I'll be much more interested!"

Like hopefully if they kept all the character parts the secretmaker loves about Mon-El and just cast an Asian dude secretmaker would still be going "Yay! Mon-El!" and not "Ewww, no, he's not white anymore idgaf"

I really like Tyler Hoechlin and want to like this show, I just haven't been able to get past Kara's "I just know I'm meant for mooooooore!" whining crisis of the premiere. Because girl, shut the fuck up.If you think you should do more, do more. But stop whining. You're annoying. And I hate you.

I would love a stand-alone Superman TV series with Tyler in it. Too bad it's not in CW's top priority because they got a lot of shows to do along with their DC TV lineup.

The only thing I'm tired of is the constant Tyler vs. Henry battle the DC fanbase loves to do. They're both good interpretations and they're both different. Fandom needs to give it a rest.

Just popping in to say that Season 2 of LOSH was such a trainwreck. All the female characters were put on a bus and they brought in Sue-perman. A character like Mon-El would have been much more interesting. But almost no one seems to remember the LOSH cartoon!
