Baccano - you need to get your hands on some Baccano like, now. (Jazz Age, gangsters, evil alchemists, friendly train conductors, staunch newspaper reporters, more gangsters, non-linear storytelling, romance, gore, humour, true love...)

Seconding. This show is an express train ride straight to crazytown, but hot dang, it does it in style. I'll also mention the crackpot Bonnie & Clyde duo who are so adorably insane that they manage to look out there compared to the rest of this cast. Which is no mean feat, I tell you.

Getting my hands on it right now~. :3

baccano is great. it's also one of the few times where I would definitely recommend watching the dub rather than the sub (usually I don't really have strong feelings either way about the sub vs dub debate, but the baccano dub is just so good man)

Well, the original voices are also good.

But the dub... oh yeah...

Mob Psycho 100

Same studio as OPM and same mangaka as it too, so pretty much a guarantee you'll like it. The animation is the best kind of trip and the humor made me at least bust a gut more than a couple of times.

Haikyuu!! because I rec it always and it's adorable. If you hate volleyball, it might not be for you though haha!

Free! if you enjoy Yuri on Ice, I guess?

Mononoke (the series, not the Princess Mononoke movie). It's one of my all time favourites. It's a supernatural/mystery show, more or less. Has several anthology-like story arcs, 2-3 episodes each. And it's really gorgeous as well.

Currently airing (based on a series by the same guy as Hellsing): Drifters - it's looking quite entertaining so far. Several historical figures thrown together to fight against other historical figures, kinda?

Bungou Stray Dogs is another fun one (currently in its second season). People with names of famous authors (and supernatural powers based on those author's works) in a detective agency against similar people in different criminal organisations.

If you enjoy Baccano!! once you watch it and want something more serious with prohibition era Mafia shenanigans, 91 Days might be interesting as well.

One thing that surprised me last season, but isn't anime: Thunderbolt Fantasy. It's, weirdly enough, a puppet show, which is the main make-it-or-break-it thing for most people - if you can't get over the puppets, then it won't be a lot of fun. But I thought it was suprisingly entertaining.

Ooh, thank you, so many options! :D
