Possible? Wrinkles occur when cross-linking between collagen fibers in the skin starts to be degraded (or more accurately doesn't happen as effectively), whereas pimples tend to be the result of an infection in a hair follicle or sebaceous gland. This isn't to say there's no relation between collagen and sebum production on a metabolic level, but one doesn't directly influence the other.
tl;dr being prone to pimples doesn't stop wrinkles, but it might mean your skin's general metabolism does like to work overtime.
Sounds like it would make an interesting study to me!
