Low carb desserts

Anyone have some recipes you have actually tried and enjoyed? Wanted to make something my sister's boyfriend can eat.

Replace sugar with stevia or sweetner?

Idk. "Low carb" and "dessert" seem fundamentally opposed to me.

I always made this with melted chocolate which obviously has sugar in, I suppose you could replace that with cocoa powder and stevia, not sure what it'd do to the texture. Get a box of shelf-stable silken firm tofu. Or two, whatever. Dump it in a blender and puree. Add melted chocolate or your cocoa/stevia combo. Maybe add some vanilla extract or a drop of peppermint extract. Puree some more. Pour into serving bowls or cups and chill. Maybe serve with whipped cream and a bit of fruit--more for the rest of you if boyfriend objects to fruit carbs.
