Which MCU movie should I watch?

So narrowed it down to between Guardians, Thor 2, and Ant Man because I watched the Iron Man and Cap movies a few weeks ago. But I can't decide. So which should I watch?

Guardians is the most fun of those imo, so my vote is Guardians.

Guardians, but the first scene is sad and can be skipped if you're not in the mood for sad and just look it up on wiki.

(Maybe Guardians, but I'm only saying this because I want to watch it but some idiot won't return it to Redbox so I guess I'll need to look into an actual purchase.)
