The really sad thing is how hard this would be. Doesn't AO3 recognize your IP address?

So this writer would have to go into a bunch of places with wifi and kudos their fics.

All you need is a VPN and you can add a couple dozen kudos from all over the world in a few minutes.

That is bullshit, and not what VPNs are for. Just use them to torrent like a normal person.

I noticed that I was able to give more than one guest kudos (kudo?) on accident when clicking the button on a new chapter for a fic I liked but where I had already given kudos before. Might be AO3 doesn't really save IP addresses for very long.
