Re: Ignorant comments on health issues

I hate it when people assume you have certain issues because you're dirty/fat/whatever. For instance, anyone can get acne, no mater how clean you are or how great your diet is. It's not just a "dirty" person ailment.

Also, Dad, telling yourself that you DON'T have something and ignoring it will NOT make it go away (That was his advice to me when I mentioned something about my anxiety to him.)

I try not to make "ignorant" comments, but once in awhile a "Do you need a Tylenol?" or "You should see a Doctor then" will come out when people are complaining about ailments to me.
