Oh god, all of those. And before I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I was in the ER one March because I was in so much pain I couldn't walk (and terrified because I had no idea what was wrong with me when this had been going on for years) and the ER doctor said, "Are you sure you haven't just pulled a muscle?"

YES SIR! THAT'S IT! I PULLED A MUSCLE FOUR YEARS AGO AND IT JUST HASN'T GONE AWAY! I AM SO GLAD YOU COULD FIX ME! ¬.¬
